Welcome to Pura Vida Wellbeing Retreat. We’re honored you’re considering joining us on this journey of healing, embodiment, and soulful reconnection. Please take a moment to review the following terms — they’re here to protect both you and us, and ensure the retreat experience flows with ease and integrity.

1. Retreat Reservation & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit of 20 % is required to secure your spot.

  • Kindly note that we’ll need proof of your flight reservation before we can proceed to the next step.

  • The second payment of 40%  should be made 60 days before the retreat.

  • The last payment is due 30 days before the retreat start date.

  • If the option above doesn’t work for you, we’re happy to offer a customized payment plan. Just reach out to us directly to explore the best option for you.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, because we commit to expenses in advance, we have the following cancellation policy:

  • The 20% deposit is non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat are non-refundable.

  • If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to someone else with written notice or apply your payment toward a future retreat. Just be sure to let us know at least 30 days before the retreat begins.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

3. What’s Included

Our retreat package includes:

  • Accommodation

  • Daily meals (as outlined in your retreat details)

  • Workshops, classes, and group activities

  • Excursions and healing experiences as listed in the itinerary
     

What’s not included:

  • Flights and transportation to/from the retreat location

  • Travel insurance

  • Personal purchases or additional excursions not listed

4. Health & Liability Disclaimer

By booking this retreat, you acknowledge that:

  • You are participating voluntarily in all retreat activities.

  • You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

  • You release Pura Vida Wellbeing Retreat and its facilitators from any liability for injury, loss, or damage during the retreat.
     

Please consult your doctor before attending if you have medical conditions, and notify us of any allergies or special needs in advance.

5. Code of Conduct

This retreat is a sacred, safe space. We ask all participants to:
 

  • Respect the privacy, boundaries, and experiences of others

  • Maintain confidentiality within the group

  • Refrain from disruptive or disrespectful behavior
     

Anyone violating these guidelines may be asked to leave the retreat without a refund.

6. Media Consent

Photos or videos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to your image being used by Pura Vida Wellbeing Retreat unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for changes, delays, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, travel restrictions, political unrest, etc.). In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or offer credit toward a future retreat.
