No worries. Our meals are organic, nourishing, and mostly plant-based, made with love from local farm-fresh ingredients. We can accommodate most dietary needs, including vegan, gluten-free, and others. Just let us know in your intake form.

Yes, you’ll have access to Wi-Fi at the retreat center. However, we gently encourage you to unplug as much as possible to fully immerse yourself in the experience. Passport Validity: Your passport must be valid for the duration of your stay.
