Please fly into San José International Airport (SJO). We offer free group transportation from this airport to the retreat venue on the official arrival day. If you arrive earlier, we’re happy to recommend accommodations and transport options.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

No worries. Our meals are organic, nourishing, and mostly plant-based, made with love from local farm-fresh ingredients. We can accommodate most dietary needs, including vegan, gluten-free, and others. Just let us know in your intake form.

Do I need travel insurance?

We highly recommend buying travel insurance, as it offers peace of mind and protects you from unexpected situations such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or delays.

How fit do I need to be for this trip?

This retreat is for all levels, and you don’t need any prior experience or specific physical condition to fully participate and enjoy it. All activities are designed to be gentle, nurturing, and adaptable to your unique body and energy. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting your wellness journey, you'll be supported every step of the way. This is a space to listen to your body, not push it.

What is the weather like in Costa Rica?

Summer in Costa Rica is during January and February, which means plenty of sunshine, warm temperatures, and minimal rain, perfect for outdoor adventures and soaking in nature. Expect daytime temperatures around 25–30°C (77–86°F), with cooler evenings, especially in the mountains.

Is Costa Rica safe for a women travelling solo?

Yes, Costa Rica is considered one of the safest countries in Central America for solo female travelers. It's known for its friendly locals, strong tourism infrastructure, and peaceful vibe.  At our retreat, you'll be welcomed into a safe, supportive environment with a community of like-minded women, so you’ll never truly feel alone. Many of our guests come solo and leave feeling deeply connected, empowered, and renewed.

What do I pack?

 • Comfortable clothing for yoga and movement
 • Swimwear for the pool and waterfalls

Will I have access to the internet?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you’ll have access to Wi-Fi at the retreat center. However, we gently encourage you to unplug as much as possible to fully immerse yourself in the experience. This is your time to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with yourself, nature, and the present moment. Think of it as a digital detox; your inbox can wait, but your healing can’t.

Are there any travel restrictions?

Costa Rica welcomes travelers from all countries, with minimal restrictions. Here's what you need to know:
 • Passport Validity: Your passport must be valid for the duration of your stay.
 • Visa Requirements: Citizens of many countries, including the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and most EU nations, can enter Costa Rica without a visa for stays up to 180 days.  • Proof of Onward Travel: You must have a return or onward ticket to show at immigration.

 • Health Protocols: While there are no COVID-19 testing or vaccination requirements, you should comply with any health protocols established by private companies during tourism activities.

What happens if I decided to cancel my trip after already paid the deposit?

We understand that unexpected changes happen. While your deposit is non-refundable, we do offer flexible options:
 • You can transfer your spot to another person
 • Or apply your payment as credit toward a future retreat
We also highly recommend trip cancellation insurance for extra peace of mind.

Surrounded by lush rainforest, majestic mountain views, and just a short drive from some of Costa Rica’s most breathtaking beaches and waterfalls, it’s the perfect setting to reconnect with nature and yourself.
