While your deposit is non-refundable due to the nature of retreat planning and our commitment to creating a transformative experience for each participant, we do offer flexible options to support you: – Transferable Booking: If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person. Just let us know in advance so we can update our records and welcome them properly. – Retreat Credit: Alternatively, you may apply your deposit as credit toward a future Pura Vida Wellbeing Retreat within 12 months, subject to availability. ** By reserving your spot at the retreat, you acknowledge that you’ve been informed of the requirement to secure travel insurance prior to attending.**
